農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根機生產線一般包(bao)括(kuo)農機總(zong)裝(zhuang)線農機部(bu)裝線和(he)農機包裝線。 

農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根機生產線構(gou)造(zao)：線體(ti)主(zhu)體為(wei)鋼(gang)結(jie)構件(jian)，采用(yong)組(zu)合(he)裝配形式(shi)。

總裝線由裝配台(tai)1、板(ban)鏈(lian)輸(shu)送線、升(sheng)降(jiang)機、裝配台(tai)2、下線斜坡道組成(cheng)（詳見(jian)微耕(geng)機總裝線平麵(mian)布(bu)置(zhi)圖），板(ban)鏈(lian)輸(shu)送線輸送采用雙節距單側彎板鏈拖動鏈板作連續運行。線體兩邊用鋼板封(feng)罩。 

農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根機生產線可配(pei)置頂蓬、照明(ming)、風扇(shan)等(deng)係統(tong)。 部裝線基本構造：主體材(cai)料為鋼結構件，采用組合裝配形(xing)式，中間(jian)為雙流道(dao)無(wu)動力(li)手推輸送線。無動力輸送(song)線體分上、下兩層，上層(ceng)采用雙(shuang)流道無動力手推傳送PVC工(gong)裝板輸送線，下(xia)層為雙流道無動(dong)力手(shou)推PVC工裝板返回(hui)線(靠自(zi)由落差、人(ren)工輔助返(fan)回上(shang)線端(duan))。

農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根機生產線兩(liang)邊可設置獨(du)立(li)工桌(zhuo)台 。全(quan)線可(ke)配置頂蓬(peng)、照明、風扇等係(xi)統。 包裝線構造，主體為鋼結構件，線體采用組合裝配形式。輸送采用無動力鍍(du)鋅(xin)滾(gun)筒(tong)輸送工件。全線一般無頂蓬、照明、風扇等係(xi)統。包裝線的打包機由(you)需(xu)方負責(ze)購(gou)買、安裝。性能(neng)參數(shu)具(ju)體資(zi)料(liao)因為每(mei)個(ge)廠家(jia)的(de)要(yao)求，場(chang)地布置等不(bu)同而不同。一般我(wo)們工程師將(jiang)根據每個客(ke)戶(hu)提出的工藝(yi)要求(qiu)來設(she)計(ji)。

The general assembly line is composed of assembly platform 1, plate chain conveyor line, elevator, assembly platform 2 and downline ramp (see the general assembly line layout of micro cultivator for details). The plate chain conveyor line adopts double pitch single side bending plate chain to drive the chain plate for continuous operation. Both sides of the line body are sealed with steel plates.
